Paws & Pickups – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or receiving services from Paws & Pickups (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all services provided, including pet waste removal, deodorizer treatments (if applicable), and related offerings.
2. Service Access
Clients must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the service area on scheduled service days.
Gates must be unlocked or access codes provided prior to arrival.
Aggressive dogs must be secured.
If we cannot access the property due to locked gates, unsafe conditions, or other obstructions, the visit will still be charged in full, and we will put forth our best effort to contact the customer to reschedule.
3. Weather & Rescheduling
We work in most weather conditions, including light rain. However, in cases of severe weather (such as thunderstorms, snow, or unsafe conditions), services will be rescheduled within 24–48 hours. Paws & Pickups reserves the right to determine when conditions are unsafe for staff or pets.
4. Waste Disposal
All waste is bagged and removed from your property unless otherwise agreed upon. We use eco-friendly, leak-proof bags and dispose of waste according to local Tennessee regulations.
5. Service Frequency & Scheduling
Recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time) occur on a set day each week.
If the service falls on a major holiday, we will reschedule within the same week when possible.
All clean-ups must be paid in full before service is performed.
6. Payment Policy
Payment is due prior to service.
Recurring services are billed automatically on a monthly basis.
Accepted payment methods include debit/credit card, ACH, or other approved digital methods through our scheduling platform.
Late payments or declined payments for more than 7 days may result in service being paused until payment is received.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before a scheduled visit without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of service may still be charged the full amount.
Refunds are issued only for prepaid services not yet performed.
To cancel subscriptions, you must contact Paws & Pickups directly to request cancellation.
8. Missed Service Policy
If our team cannot access your property due to locked gates, blocked areas, or unrestrained pets, service will be marked as completed and billed accordingly. We will attempt to contact the customer to explain the reason and make reasonable attempts to reschedule.
9. Property & Liability
While we take great care when servicing your property, Paws & Pickups is not responsible for:
Damages caused by unmarked hazards such as broken gates, sharp objects, or unsafe terrain.
Injuries to pets or persons resulting from yard conditions outside our control.
Allergic or environmental reactions to deodorizer products (all products are eco-safe and pet-friendly).
Clients agree to hold Paws & Pickups harmless from liability arising from preexisting property conditions.
10. Health & Safety
We request that all dogs using the yard are current on vaccinations. For health and safety, please notify us if your pets have contagious conditions or if waste has been exposed to harmful substances.
11. Service Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can promptly address and correct the issue. We stand behind the quality of our work.
12. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate recurring service at any time with written notice. Services already performed are non-refundable. Any outstanding balances must be paid before termination is finalized.
13. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and used only for communication, scheduling, and billing purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Bradley County, Tennessee.
