1. Do I need to be home during service?

Nope! As long as we can access your yard, you don’t need to be home. Just ensure gates are unlocked or provide us with access instructions.

2. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

We’ve got you covered. Light rain doesn’t stop us, but in severe weather, we’ll reschedule within 24 hours.

3. How do you dispose of the waste?

We handle it responsibly. Waste is sealed in eco-friendly bags and disposed of according to local regulations to keep your property clean and safe. While most pooper scoopers dispose in the customer's trash bin, we haul it for you. 

4. Do you offer one-time cleanings or just subscriptions?

Both. Many customers prefer weekly or bi-weekly service, but we also provide one-time or seasonal cleanups—perfect for spring cleaning, events, or moving.

5. What if my dog is in the yard during service?

No problem! Most friendly dogs are fine. If your pup isn’t comfortable with strangers, please bring them inside during our visit.

6. How will I be billed?

Simple and flexible. We offer monthly subscription billing for weekly, twice-weekly, or bi-weekly service. One-time services are billed individually.

7. What areas do you service?

We cover Cleveland, Tennessee, and surrounding communities. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll let you know.

8. What about the first visit if my yard hasn’t been cleaned in a while?

We do an initial clean-up. There’s a small one-time “first scoop” fee added to your first month's subscription. A one-time pick up will not receive a "first scoop" fee.

9. Is it safe for my kids and pets?

Absolutely. We sanitize our tools between visits to leave your space and the next safe.
